Our standard development process includes the following steps:

        Krishna Agencies uses Joint Application Requirements sessions to gain a high level of understanding of your business and new system requirements. These sessions are conducted with members of your management, user, and information systems staff.

        Krishna Agencies External Design process develops the user interface for the system, which includes detailed layouts of the screens and reports. Depending on the size of the system, a prototype of the user interface may be constructed to reinforce certain design decisions. Extensive information with respect to the look and feel and operation of each system component is presented.

        Krishna Agencies Internal Design process is used to lay out the internal programming design and infrastructure of your new system. This phase concentrates on the algorithms and design of the more complex areas of the system in preparation for system coding and unit test.

        The Code and Unit Test phase is geared towards the construction and initial testing of your system. All programming development is completed during this phase. As the modules of the application become complete, developers perform unit testing and eliminate any problems they may find.

        Documentation for your new system may include online information, printed materials, Web sites, etc. Our documentation staff is capable of providing all forms of documentation for you. The documentation staff works with you early on in the Requirements phase to make sure you are aware of your choices and to understand your unique documentation requirements.

        Our Quality Assurance group is second to none. The Quality Assurance process begins during the Requirements phase and is running full speed at the end of the External Design phase. Our Quality Assurance group constructs thorough test plans to make sure your new system lives up to all of your quality expectations. The test plans are then converted into test scripts, which are used by our staff to verify both the external and internal workings of your new system.

       Regular status reports and periodic conference calls are employed to formally track the project's progress and to address and resolve issues as they arise. We understand requirements may change and we'll work with you to ensure your system fulfills your business needs and company expectations.
